GoodLife Fitness opening new 24 hour location in Toronto

A brand new 24-hour Goodlife Fitness location is set to open up in Toronto this week.

Night owls and early birds of the Yonge and Eglinton area can rejoice knowing that there'll soon be a new spot to work out — whether it's late night or in the wee hours.

Opening Thursday, July 18, the new location is taking over a space in the Yonge and Eglinton Centre and will feature a slew of wellness features to keep you both fit and having fun.

The gym will be home to a turf zone, lifting platforms and a recovery room complete with cryotherapy loungers, massagers and compression materials to help you relax after putting in work.

The new club is joining a select fleet of 24-hour Goodlife locations, and is one of only five in downtown Toronto.

According to a representative from the new location, the gym will be opening for tours two to three days prior to their grand opening so that prospective members can check out the facilities.

This isn't the only upcoming change to the Yonge and Eglinton Centre. The centre at 2300 Yonge will also soon be home to a brand-new Best Buy Express concept store replacing The Source.
