Pumpkin Parade Toronto

Annual Pumpkin Parade marches on at Sorauren Park

The annual Pumpkin Parade at Sorauren Park went down on Friday, November 1st, and while the proportion of people to pumpkins might have skewed more towards the former than in past years, there was still a vast array of masterfully carved jack-o-lanterns out for one last hurrah before becoming organic waste. Local photographer Sue Holland took in the candle-lit affair, capturing a stunning set of images that feature everything from Game of Thrones references to pumpkin brains. The most popular offering of the night, however, was the pumpkin bearing the image of our embattled mayor, caught, as it were, behind bars. Perhaps that's a pumpkin prophecy?
