Pillow Fight League DVD Release Party

The infamous Pillow Fight League brought the smack-down to the Mod Club on Friday night, in celebration of the release of "Brawl For It All" DVD. Yeah, DVDs are swell and all, but the live pillow fights were what we came for!

And as always, the PFL did not disappoint. The crowd was as rambunctious as I've ever seen them for an event, as many came out to support friends participating in the amateur Tryouts Competition, with no less than a trip to NYC on the line!

The amateur competition came down to three girls, who faced off in a fierce 1-on-1-on-1 elimination match. It came down to Dracula vs Roxxy. Dracula put up a remarkable fight, clearly powered by the blood of her pervious victims, but Roxxy was just too much for her in the end. The commissioner was so impressed with these amateurs that he decided to bring them both with to NYC!

The final fight of the night was the #1 Contender Battle between the domestic-destroyer Betty Clocker and the veteran Polly Esther. The winner gets a Title Shot against PFL World Champion Champain in New York City! It was a fierce but fast fight, as Betty took Polly down, and wasn't letting her go until she heard the 1..2..3 count.
