Active Remedy Club

Toronto is getting its first-ever recovery club to address all your physical recovery needs

An innovative and holistic approach to treating physical injuries and muscle soreness is finally coming to Toronto, and you’ll want to check it out.

Introducing Active Remedy Club, a new state-of-the-art facility that focuses on creating tailored recovery plans with a mix of traditional and modern healing treatments.

Active Remedy ClubFounded out of necessity after CEO and co-founder Michael Gho could not find a facility that offered multiple ways to treat his knee injury, ARC is filling a spot in the wellness market that has not yet been addressed in Toronto.

“Prior to ARC, I would travel to different facilities for treatments. With an increasingly challenging commute in Toronto, having access to services and education all under one roof is a compelling value proposition,” said co-founder and president Ben Gilbert.

What ARC offers

Located in the heart of Liberty Village with over 4,000 square feet of space dedicated to wellness, ARC is a one-stop shop for performance recovery and wellness innovation. You can enjoy the healing properties of ARC’s 55-person dry sauna, commercial-grade ice baths and chambers, a relaxing lounge with complimentary tea, and a remedy hub.

Active Remedy Club
The clinic's partner, ProCare Performance Therapy, offers comprehensive treatments that are catered towards Olympic and professional athletes, plus members and guests have access to elite levels of assessments and other perks like IV drip therapy from Skin6 Beauty Clinic.

ProCare's comprehensive treatments are covered under insurance and the clinic offers direct billing. Plus, Active Remedy Club also offers coach-led classes in the sauna and ice baths with a focus on bodywork, breathwork, energy, and mindset.

An approach that works for you

With staff dedicated to educating and developing a sustainable rehab routine that works with your lifestyle, this is a revolutionary approach to help accelerate recovery and enhance everyday performance. Think of ARC as a 360-degree approach to wellness, recovery, and treatment!

And with robust pricing, clients can enjoy a sustainable healing routine that balances with their lifestyles and budgets.

“Our pricing is structured so that recovery is accessible," says CEO Michael Gho. "We offer access to the expertise of our world-class coaches in our various class formats, instead of paying for private sessions at other clinics, studios, or gyms.”
