Screen time a little high? You're not alone.

A recent survey conducted for AIR MILES found that more than two-thirds (67 per cent) of Canadians admit their phone is the last thing they see before going to sleep. However, the same amount also says they crave more meaningful moments with their loved ones.

What kinds of moments are Canadians looking for? Topping the list are enjoying meals or drinks with friends and family (50 per cent), spending time outdoors (38 per cent), going on road trips (23 per cent), and spending days at the beach or pool (20 per cent).

AIR MILES is on a mission to help Canadians disconnect from screens and reconnect with the most important people in their lives in order to collect more moments.

So, it's launched a unique pop-up experience in Toronto to help you do just that! 

Running from now until Jul. 14 at 360 Queen St. West, The Moment Shop is an Insta-worthy retail space stocked with a variety of different boxes, each one representing a special experience.

Think your dog's first birthday, brunch on a sunny patio with loved ones, a Sunday spa day — you know, those truly feel-good moments.

You get to browse the aisles and select the box that resonates with you most, then walk away with a free prize associated with the moment! Pretty cool, huh?

You need to be an AIR MILES collector to take part in The Moment Shop, but don't worry if you're not a collector just yet, because you can sign up easily at the store before going inside.

Some of the awesome prizes up for grabs include gift cards to popular brands, car rentals, and Dyson products. 

This initiative is all part of an exciting AIR MILES rebrand. The loyalty program has recently introduced new perks for collectors through a variety of program enhancements to strengthen its presence in everyday purchase categories, like grocery, gas, and pharmacy.

This means you can collect more Miles almost everywhere you shop, getting you closer to your next reward faster – and closer to creating more unforgettable moments!

After Toronto, The Moment Shop by AIR MILES will go on a mobile tour, hitting key cities nationwide this summer, including Halifax, Ottawa, Montreal, and Vancouver.
