Urban Herbivore Annex Food Hall
Urban Herbivore is the Annex Food Hall's option for vegan eats and home-baked goods.
With multiple locations around the city, Urban Herbivore mainly operates out of food courts to offer convenient plant-based eats to-go.
As with all their locations, all their takeout packaging is biodegradable: all their straws, cups, and cutlery are actually made from corn, and their bowls and lids made from sugar cane.
Their offerings include custom bowls that let you pick and choose up to five ingredients, toppings, and dressings for a DIY affair.
They also offers a duo of 'Breadwiches' including one made with sliced tomatos, lettuce, tahini, sunflower miso butter and smoked coconut for a jazzed up TLC ($9.96).
A few hearty soups include a Moroccan stew ($9.96) with spiced Mediterranean root veggies, chickpea stew and your choice of grain.
