Smoked Up Meats
Smoked Up Meats brings its craveable Montreal smoked meat sandwiches and loaded poutine to the Annex Food Hall.
The menu is not massive—there's three types of poutine, ribs, a platter of meat, and sides like coleslaw—but it's more than enough for lovers of gravy, crispy fries and juicy, tender brisket.
Epic poutine servings ($9.73) of deliciously crispy fries are covered in meat that's been brined and cured for five days, smoked for eight hours and braised for three.
As for the Southern-style pork back ribs, a half rack of this Texas dry rub and oak wood-smoked meat will set you back $11.50.
