Lan Zhou Ramen
Lan Zhou Ramen serves traditional hand-pulled ramen, which you can see being stretched, twisted, slapped, and sectioned in their open air kitchen as soon as you enter the front door. They do takeout, but of course you can also dine in their relatively small seating area that's typically bustling with downtown lunch-goers.
Located on busy Dundas, they're part of a host of Asian, Mediterranean, and other restaurants like Uncle Tetsu that dominate this downtown strip.
