Kwan Dim Sum Express
Kwan Dim Sum Express is the Scarborough Town Centre outpost of the increasingly popular Chinese restaurant for upscale BBQ pork buns and har gow.
Though the name might imply it's a food court stall, it's actually still a sit-down restaurant, albeit in the middle of the mall, with big dishes of fried rice and bok choy available as well.
