Gaucho's has a varied menu with hefty portions of Brazilian dishes on offer with the Portuguese classics mixed in almost as an afterthought. Plates are beautifully presented, and the chicken is moist and succulent. My companion, a recently reformed veggie, wanted to know if it was possible to request an extra order of just the skin.
