China Ocean Restaurant is one of those old-school Chinese restaurants that's been around in the neighbourhood for over 30 years. The prices are right here for generic, Westernized Chinese fare (you know - egg drop soup, egg foo yong, chop suey, General Tao's chicken, etc.) with cheap lunch specials for under $10. The interior decor leaves a lot to be desired, so it's best just to get takeout.
