The CNE is returning to Toronto next month with food trucks and concerts galore
It's everyone's favourite time of year, The Canadian National Exhibition will soon be back to carry on it's over 100-year-old history.
The CNE is one of Toronto's biggest annual attractions taking place at the Exhibition Place and it will be making its big return next month.
Every year the CNE puts on over 2 weeks of events, concerts, games, food, and innovations galore.
There's one thing about the CNE that I know for sure, they always provide us with the most wild food options.
From vendors bringing fresh and wild new ideas like pickle cotton candy, cheese burger ice cream, and their pink Malibu mac & cheese, there is always going to be something that blows up social media feeds.
The CNE has yet to release their list of extravagant and wild food options for the 2024 season, but they have teased information about the Food Truck Frenzy and Craft Beer Fest which will feature a ton of vendors.
What they have announced is the first round of Bell CNE Bandshell Headliners that will grace the stage this year to bring music from throwback rock to new country and every other genre that can squeeze itself in between.
Manchester Orchestra will grace the stage with their Indie rock hits for their only Canadian tour stop on August 23.
Toronto rap-rock group Down With Webster are going back on tour for the first time in 10 years and will be featured on the Bandshell stage on August 21.
Jazz, funk, soul singer Brittany Howard, will be taking the stage on August 17th.
Along with their many concerts scheduled you can always stop in for some of their classic attractions such as the fair, farms, and agriculture shows.
As the CNE continues to roll out news on what's to come this year, I have no doubt it will draw us in to want to experience the wonders and excitement that happens every year.
Tickets are now on sale with their advanced sale admission pass at $22.12 and the advanced sale ride all day pass at $44.25.
The CNE will take place from August 16 through September 2, 2024.
