Sickness Party at Trinport


I used to DJ a dance night in Halifax, but I've only recently taken an interest in what Toronto has to offer. I mean, does anyone else think that there are way too many Brit-Pop (sooo 90's), Indie-Pop and Mod nights going on in this city? Do people still go to these things? Why!?!?

That's why I'm going to the Sickness Party at Trinport (249 Ossington) tonight to do some proper dancing. The djs promise to play rap, grime (think Dizzee Rascal), baile (?), dancehall (Dutty yeah), and baltimore club.

This party is free before 11, and only $2 after that. It sounds like it goes late late late into the night. If you can't come tonight, this party happens every other Friday.
