Last Minute Costume Hunting @ Tribal Rhythm

With hardly an hour left til party time last night, I still had no costume... and this year I promised I'd dress up. Luckily I was walking along Queen and noticed that Tribal Rhythm was open late.

I figure it can't hurt to make a quick stop, so I head down the steps of the little basement vintage shop, only to find that it is packed with Halloween shoppers like myself. In ever corner, people were trying on army fatigues, sailor suits (that would be me), cowboy chaps, waitress uniforms and any other thematic sort of item available.

If you need still need a costume -- or a 2nd costume -- for this weekend or Monday, forget GoodWill and head over to Queen West. You may come up with a few great ideas just browsing the quirky collections.

(For the record, I found a white long fun-fur coat and ended up as Cruela DeVil. Yikes.)
