Looking a little blue ...

For those of you like myself who've been salivating over the new Motorola Moto Razr V3 that's now available in Canada care of Rogers, the paranoia in me has raised my spidey senses to this bit of awful news.

Apparently a Blue Tooth virus, that has a 30 metre approximate range of infection, has now spread to the United States and is only a matter of time before it hits our borders.

The biggest impact it makes is that it drains the batteries of mobile phones and can also affect car and satellite communications as a result.

But don't panic. One way to block the worm is to simply turn Bluetooth off or just like email, not accept messages from unknown senders.

In a city where another area code was needed to keep up with the demands of phone numbers ... I thought you guys should know.
