Salon Armando Frasca & Co. opened in the Junction in 2014 and is an indication of what's to come for the neighbourhood. This upscale, full-service hair salon hits all the right hip notes in terms of decor: exposed brick, wood floors in a bright, clean, minimal and modern-looking space. Owner Armando Frasca grew up in Italy (espresso is served while you wait here) and accumulated 17 years of experience working in upscale salons before hanging out his shingle.
