Zumba Fitness In The Annex - Starting This Fall

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired dance fitness workout taken by over 14 million people around the world weekly! The one great thing about Zumba Fitness is that you do not have to be a dancer to begin, all you have to do is move to the beat at your own pace.

Schedule Details:

Where: 427 Bloor St. W (Trinity St Paul's United Center) in the studio room

Days & Times: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm and Thursdays at 6:30 pm

New drop-ins are encouraged to contact me in advance.
