Fans of salsa and latin music in Toronto will no doubt recognize Cuban-Canadian bassist Yoser Rodriguez. He is an in-demand musician, performing regularly with Toronto's top salsa bands at the Lula Lounge, playing with Adonis Puentes, or leading his own trio. When asked to describe the music of his trio, Yoser says 'It is a fusion of jazz, Cuban, Brazilian, Spanish, Trini, American etc. - I don't know how to describe it!' The Yoser Rodriguez Trio features Chendy Leon (percussion) and Jeremy Ledbetter (piano).

Inspired by the Salon Christophori in Berlin, a former streetcar repair shop turned into a piano rebuilding and concert space, Paul Hahn presents the Yoser Rodriguez Trio: Live In The Workshop. Located in a heritage building in the heart of Rosedale, this off-beat concert space will see the audience surrounded by the tools and workbenches used by the craftsmen of Paul Hahn to restore pianos, as they've been doing since 1913.
