Yoga in the Garden
Join yoga4good to practice gentle hatha yoga outdoors. Stretch, breathe, and meditate as you take in the sights and smells of the garden in bloom. Participants must bring their own towel, yoga mat, secure cap/hat for sun and sunscreen and water. All levels welcome.
Note: In cases of inclement weather, we will move to an indoor space.
