Women's Self Defense Workshop - Girls Who Fight

An in depth self defense seminars for beginners with female Mixed Martial Artists. We teach women practical techniques from the arts of Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing for common self defense positions and situations.

We take a practical approach to teaching self defense. Students learn the flow of a typical attack and the appropriate, effective responses to each step along the way.

Day 1 is focused on defense techniques from standing positions, and Day 2 is focused on what to do when on the ground. The content of this course is based on techniques from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu- which is known worldwide for its realistic application to street self defense, and for being effective when used against stronger opponents.

Our workshops are lead by high energy, highly knowledgeable female instructors who have ample competitive experience in the sports of mixed martial arts including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, and Kickboxing. Our students leave feeling more safe, powerful, and confident.
