Wellness Wednesdays on The Park at CIBC SQUARE
Join us for a one-of-a-kind wellness experience on The Park at CIBC SQUARE. Wellness Wednesdays offer an opportunity to unwind and enjoy a rejuvenating evening of yoga with Danae Gray.
Danea is an experienced Yoga + Movement Instructor. With multiple certifications, Danae's style is grounded in mindful movements set to a rhythmic soundtrack. You can find her at Jaybird, Sweat & Tonic, Pure Yoga, Modo Yoga and more.

Directions to The Park:
Arrive at 81 Bay Street.
Access the Bay Street staircase on the West side of the building which will bring you up to The Park or enter the main building to take the escalator or elevator up to the 4th floor.
**BYOM - Bring your own mat and water bottle.
