Hailey Mae is a local artist who has been living in Toronto for nearly two years. Spending as much time as she can outdoors exploring the beauty of her new home, her work is grounded in nature and drawn mostly from life. The influence of a formal training in architecture shows itself through an emphasis on capturing space and place. The idea of a vignette is to express a snapshot in time; one emotion, one idea, one moment. “Vignette” will be a display of the personal moments Hailey has experienced around Toronto and beyond.
