Learn how to make gluten-free, vegan kimchi! Join us in a hands-on workshop making kimchi from scratch and take away tips to help you make it at home like a pro. Materials and ingredients will be provided so all you need to bring is yourself.

This event will be a collaboration with choa magazine. Engage with us in the second part of the workshop where we’ll be opening the floor for a guided discussion about the experiences and relationships we share with history and food. Refreshments will be provided at this time.

Meet members from the community and take home a 1L jar of vegan kimchi to enjoy.
