Celebrate the Lunar New Year with Vaughan Mills’ Unique, Immersive Wishing Tree Experience in support of Mackenzie Health. For every wish made, Vaughan Mills will donate $1 to the Mackenzie Health Foundation.

Celebrate the first day of the Lunar New Year - Sunday, January 22nd from 1-3pm.

Along with placing a wish on the garden’s welcoming arches or wishing tree, guests can enjoy live cultural dances and music performances, as well as fun and interactive Lunar New Year activities.

From January 22nd - February 5th the Vaughan Mills Event Court will be transformed into a scenic landscape reminiscent of traditional Chinese gardens, complete with a cherry blossom tree, lanterns and a wishing tree experience.

Mall visitors can enter the garden, write down their well-wishes for the New Year and have them added to the garden’s welcoming arches or wishing tree. As part of the experience guests also receive a lucky red envelope containing wishes for the Lunar New Year with a chance to win a variety of prizes.

With Instagram-worthy visuals, the immersive experience is a time for families and friends to gather, creating memories and sharing their hope for good things to come.
