On Tuesday, March 24, Scarborough Arts presents a Caregiver’s Reality Roundtable as part of a month-long events series in celebration of International Women’s Day. The talk will be facilitated Peter Marcyzk from the Alzheimer Society of Toronto and Gail Wilson from Balance Enterprise. Peter will introduce us to and help us navigate the world of dementia and its related illnesses, and Gail will help us identify what it means to take care of ourselves and provide us with some quick and easy tips and tools to make that happen. The event takes place from 6 to 8 pm at Taylor Memorial Library, 1440 Kingston Road. Refreshments will be served.
