Trung Sisters Commemoration Ceremony (Lễ Tưởng Niệm Hai Bà Trưng)

The Trung Sisters have been heroines and symbols of resistance for many generations of Vietnamese. The two sisters are considered to be a national symbol in Vietnam as they led the revolt against the Chinese almost 2,000 years ago.

The Vietnamese Women’s Association will co-organize this year's special event with the Vietnamese Association of Toronto, Vietnamese Cultural Society and The Former Thu Duc Reserves Officer Cadet Association of Ontario, the three largest Vietnamese organizations in the GTA.
