Truffle Week
Michelin 2-star Chef Oliver Glowig returns for TOCA restaurant's annual Truffle Week event.
Guests can indulge in four or five course tasting menus that include such combinations as sweetbread with tarragon, burrata cheese and black truffle; or black cod with Jerusalem artichokes, almond milk foam and white alba truffle.
For the ultimate experience, guests can book the exclusive TOCA Chef’s Table, where they will enjoy a 6-course menu and hands-on cooking demonstration with Chef Glowing.
