For the month of March, The Carbon Bar is bringing a True North twist to your favourite Southern classics. We are firing up the smoker and tipping our hats to Canadian flavours, ingredients, and traditions.
Why we’re celebrating:
Canada is a mosaic of bold flavours, rich cultures, and incredible local ingredients. This month is about merging the soulful, slow-smoked tradition of Southern BBQ with the heart and heritage of Canada.
