Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the TSO’s esteemed Conductor Laureate Sir Andrew Davis presents his selections from Prokofiev’s masterpiece, the passionate ballet Romeo and Juliet. The Orchestra’s gifted Principal Harp is featured in Reinhold Glière’s thoroughly romantic Harp Concerto, and a tuneful overture by 19th-century Russian composer Mily Balakirev opens the program.
