The Neon Riders Cycling Group is excited to announce the return of their annual Pride Ride, set to take place on June 27, 2024. This vibrant and inclusive event celebrates the spirit of Pride Month, bringing together cycling enthusiasts and supporters of the LGBTQ+ community for an evening of unity, visibility, and fun.

Starting at 7 PM, riders will gather at Nathan Phillips Square, adorned in colorful attire and festive decorations that embody the essence of Pride. The ride will follow a scenic route through downtown Toronto, passing iconic landmarks such as Queen’s Park, Bloor and Young Junction and Church street. The event promises to be a visual spectacle, with cyclists and supporters alike showcasing their creativity and solidarity.

The Pride Ride aims to promote inclusivity within the cycling community. “Cycling is not only a sport but also a means of bringing people together, and what better way to do that than through our Pride Ride? “Our goal is to create a welcoming and friendly space, without any discriminations or prejudices against anyone,” said Kfir Lavi, spokesperson for Neon Riders

Participants of all skill levels are encouraged to join, and the event is free of charge.

Safety is a top priority for the organizers, and all necessary precautions will be in place to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone. Helmets are strongly recommended, and volunteers will lead and guide the ride and assist with any needs.
