The Tirgan Nowruz Festival proudly presents a selection of the best in show from the Iranian arts and culture scene on March 9-11, 2018 in Toronto.

The Nowruz Festival kicks off on March 9th with the Nowruz Opening Party. The evening launches with an orchestral concert by the name of “Dawn of Day; Stealth of Ney”, presented in two parts with a Persian quartet alongside a 16-piece string orchestra, piano, percussion, and two vocalists accompanied by special effects.

The Nowruz Opening Party coupled with the musical and dance acts hosts a Haft Sin, Amoo Nowruz, dinner, tea and dessert bar. The final segment of this memorable celebration is a Nowruz DJ dance event.

The Tirgan Nowruz Festival, whose goal is to celebrate the ancient Nowruz tradition beyond the borders of Iran, has been made possible with the efforts of hundreds of volunteers from the Iranian-Canadian community alongside the support from Government of Canada.
