Edworld B. Kim

Edworld B. Kim is a Toronto-based Korean entertainer specialized in doing a variety of fun movements in any location. He has been doing stand-up comedy to bring happiness to people and to make them stick together. His jokes are universal, multi-cultural, and common daily things that you can enjoy regardless of ethnicity. He never stops moving, and his audiences always expect huge amounts of fun, inventiveness, and freshness from him. He's also cracking jokes regardless of where he is, as long as it can make someone feel funny and happy. We call him "Edworld B. Kim“ aka Laugh Bomber. Edworld B. Kim is also the creator of the World Comedy Tour.

Jay Freeborn

Jay Freeborn has appeared on JFL42, SiriusXM, BITE TV, the Dark Comedy Festival. He was nominated for the Tim Sims Award in recognition of comedy talent and has placed second in the Brantford comedy competition and the Absolute comedy competition. He’s a rostered comic at The Corner Comedy Club in Toronto, and he hosted/produced the weekly show "Friday Night Special" inside the Underground comedy club for five years. Jay has been selected to open for several American comedians like Aparna Nancherla, Steve Hoffstetter, Joe Derosa, Sam Tripoli, Dean Delray, Brian Redban, and Mark Normand.

Habib Siam

Habib Siam completed a Ph.D. in Education at McGill University only to start doing stand-up comedy. He is currently signed to Yuk Yuk’s Funny Business, Canada’s biggest comedy agency. Habib has headlined clubs internationally, become a mainstay Kenny Robinson's Nubian Show, and produced two comedy specials for the Toronto Fringe Festival. He splits his time between Canada and Lebanon, and may (definitely) own more shoes than anyone you know.

Anjelica Scannura

Anjelica Scannura is a comic, actress, and dancer from Toronto. She is the winner of Toronto’s ‘I Heart Jokes Awards’ for Best Newcomer 2018, and was a finalist in Toronto’s Comedy Brawl 2019. She was in the Burbank Comedy Festival's Best of the Fest showcases in 2018 & 2019, and was also a finalist in the Palm Springs Comedy Festival and Boston Comedy Festival. She has done residencies at Broadway Comedy Club in NYC and is on the roster at The Stand in NYC. As an actress, you’ve seen her in Disney’s Camp Rock, Disney’s Overruled, CTV’s Satisfaction, APTN’s Renegade Press, TIFF’s Manson My Name is Evil, The CW’s Reign and CBC’s Exhibitionists. She was the lead in the CBC short film Flamenco Movie, which was featured in prominent festivals worldwide and premiered at Toronto’s Reel Asian Film Festival (2015). You can currently catch Anjelica guest-starring on CBC’s Frankie Drake Mysteries (Season 4), on TVOKid’s Backyard Beats and in the feature film Little Italy, now on Amazon Prime. She is the producer of Rooftop Comedy, and you can catch her performing several times per week at Comedy Bar in Toronto.

Cedric Newman

Cedric was born in Jamaica, raised in Montreal but has called Toronto home for many years. His stage presence, passion, and versatility are like no other. He has graced stages across Canada and throughout Europe. He participates in radio shows, festivals, private functions, and corporate events. You may have seen him as a finalist in the Great Canadian Laugh Off, on Halifax Comedy Fest CBC, or Winnipeg Comedy Festival just to name a few. This year, Cedric is pleased to announce that he is an Associate Producer in the upcoming movie, The Martini Shot. Watch for the release of Cedric’s first album, coming in 2022.
