THE SHARING CIRCLE
Introducing a new initiative at Lotus – The Sharing Circle. We are hoping to create an opportunity for you to experience deep self investigation, exploration, and the freedom to be vulnerable, seen, and heard.
Give yourself an opportunity to grow and connect with others. The Sharing Circle is a chance for us to examine where we are at on an individual level, in regards to our own personal strengths, blocks and challenges.
We will speak our truths and set intentions, followed by a Kundalini Yoga kriya and meditation practice to help us move through and process our emotions. After deep relaxation, we then return back into a circle to reflect and share our victories and stories in a loving, safe and supportive space.
No prior experience is required, all are welcome.
