Three very important values came to mind when the idea of The People's Market was being brought to life: community, love, and connection.

Although it is ultimately labeled a market, it is nothing short of a community center; a place where people from a particular community can gather for social, educational, or recreational purposes. Community when paired with love creates an unstoppable force where wonderful things happen.

Whether you're looking for vintage, local artists, tattoos, custom artwork, designers, photographers, jewelry makers, antiques, good eats, or anything done and made with love, there's something for everyone ✨

The People's Market was created to connect the people to the many talents and abilities this community has to offer. By collaborating with a diverse curating of local artists, creator, and entrepreneurs we are able to showcase a multitude of talents from many disciplines. We aim to offer the people a little about a lot rather than a lot about a little.

Regardless of appearance, age, race, sex, social status, sexual orientation or capabilities, we welcome all the people here with open hearts and open minds. So come on down and show some love!

Bring your friend, bring your dad, bring your grandma, or invite a stranger off the street and let's celebrate this wonderful community and create something beautiful together because after all this is for you; The People!

We’re also organizing a raffle for the event with services, art, music, tattoos, ceramics etc. All proceeds will be going to @friendsofruby.ca they provide mental health services to bipoc and lgbtq+ youth as well as housing and other counselling services !
