The Modern Seder
The Passover seder is one of the oldest annual feasts celebrated around the world. It's meant to tell the story of the exodus of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt and acknowledge the privilege of sharing in great food and wine with those important to you, while acknowledging the hardships of the past.
The spirit of U-Feast will be brought to the table in full display tonight as we present The Modern Seder to you, alongside chef Noah Goldberg at Peter Pan Bistro and ethically-raised grass-fed Woolleys' Lamb from Norfolk County. Our collective ethos of bringing great people together around the table with one another to partake in plentiful culinary treats and alcoholic treasures will be imagined anew with a special rendition of this timeless tradition.
