This Earth Day, The Chase will play host to a six-course, sustainably sourced candlelight dinner, prepared by the chefs behind each of CHG's restaurants (The Chase, The Chase Fish & Oyster, Kasa Moto, Little Fin, Colette Grand Café and Planta).
