Beth Anne Cole is a singer, actress, songwriter, painter and poet. She has worked extensively in the theatre (Shaw Festival, Stratford, National Arts Centre), on CBC radio and television (“Morningside”, “Mr. Dressup”) and on the concert stage in Canada and the U.S (Glenn Gould Theatre, Toronto; Weill Hall, Carnegie Hall, New York; Boston Conservatory, Boston). She has written songs for “Sesame Street” and her own CDs “Gifts in the Old, Old Ground” and “Song under the Stair”.
Her new performance piece, "The Book" is a compelling fusion of many kinds of music, song, and original poetry created by Beth Anne with Martin van de Ven and slated for recording and touring in 2019. "She has the audience in the palm of her hand" - Toronto Star
