The MISAFF Chat presented by TELEFILM CANADA returns this year on Sunday August 6th at 12:00 pm and will feature multiple-award winning Canadian director Deepa Mehta. Moderated by our fellow cinephile and favourite host, Mohit Rajhans. This up close and personal conversation is a unique chance to hear this phenomenal woman speak about her journey as a female filmmaker in the male dominated industry as well as the representation of the "other" in her cinema.

Mohit Rajhans

With over a decade of experience in Film and Television, Mohit Rajhans has a unique mix of business and creative skills that have helped to shape several companies in Canada. He was most recently the Director of Programming for Cineplex Digital Media. Mohit was also featured as the co-host of the national telecast of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards Green Carpet and moderator at last years Toronto International Film Festival. He is currently a jury member of CBC Short Film Faceoff.
