Take it to the mat is a day of health and wellness, including a nourishing breakfast, an inspiring morning of engaging speakers and lifestyle professionals, as well as 108 minutes of yoga & meditation to enhance your overall well-being. All proceeds will help support those affected by lymphoma.

Keynote Speaker - Carley Nadine is a Toronto based Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness Educator and real food advocate. She believes that health involves MUCH more than just nutritious food - such as mindfulness, connection with nature, and community involvement. Her goal is to educate and empower everyone to live a happy, balanced and abundant life.

During the 108 minutes of meditation and yoga, Saje Natural Wellness will be on hand to complement your practice with essential oils and calming sprays.

Plus, Carley will be running a hands-on workshop for our VIP’s where Carley will share her favorite tea blends and delicious recipes for helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and improving sleep.
