Sound Bath for Letting Go with Lightness with The SoundBody Collective
What do you need to let go of to create space for something new? This sound bath is designed to help us come into balance with greater integrity during this time of transition.
The SoundBody Collective is Toronto’s original “sound bath band” comprised of three certified sound therapy practitioners who are also registered psychotherapists, drum circle facilitators and singer-songwriters. Together they will guide you through a unique live sound bath experience. Their soundscapes feature a rich array of instruments from around the world and ethereal vocalizations to soothe the soul. During their unique sound baths you can expect to hear quartz crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, overtone singing, shruti box, didgeridoo, drum, flute, tanpura, chimes, and much more.
Please bring whatever you need to feel most comfortable while lying or sitting down, such as a yoga mat, eye mask, pillow, water bottle, and blanket. There are limited yoga mats available at the studio.
We look forward to seeing you and sharing healing sound together!

> What is a Sound Bath?
Sound baths are a simple exercise in deep listening which lower stress. During a sound bath session, sound therapy practitioners intentionally combine vibrations from instruments and objects that resonate such as crystal quartz singing bowls, metal singing bowls, voice, drums, tuning forks, gongs, shakers, bells and chimes to administer memorable and soothing soundscapes to relax the mind and body.
> What to expect at our Sound Bath?
We will be playing for approximately one hour. Simply lie or sit down and allow yourself to be immersed in healing sounds and vibration. During a sound bath, you may experience physical sensations or emotional releases. You may journey into a state of deep self-inquiry. You may fall asleep, or you may not. No prior experience with meditation is required to benefit!
