SOFT LANDINGS is a space FOR + BY the Asian community. A weekly wellness series to move, breathe, connect, and support our community. In collaboration with local Asian-led businesses, carers, and practitioners, we guide participants through a weekly offering that consists of:

~ Grounding mindful movement practice in "The Attic"

~ Journalling/ reflection and discussion

~ Social + shop: A marketplace in "The Hustle" featuring local Asian owned/led businesses.

This series is an invitation to care for the self without guilt or shame. We explore the concept of self-care as community care. We reflect on our unique experiences across the Asian diaspora, discuss out cultural narratives, and how we navigate spaces in our community.

Movement and discussion is reserved for folx of Asian descent (LGBTQ+ are welcome!). ALL are welcome to attend and support our Social + Shop Market free of charge, located in The Hustle at lululemon Queen Street.

Beverages from @kindredkombucha will be provided. A portion of ticket proceeds will support @thecolourproject.society
