We have planned an afternoon FULL AH VIBES and the festivities includes: (1) a 60 min Caribbean dance fitness workshop lead by the Carnival Spice fitness team. It will feature a playlist of some of the top soca, dancehall, afro and chutney songs. (2) A chance to meet and greet with the Carnival Spice community members a.k.a the #SpiceFam
