In 2016 the Thoughts Become Things Vision Board Tour took place in Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough and Toronto. For 2017 the event returns as the Sip N' Clip Vision Board Meetup & Pop-Up.

What is a vision board? What does it do? It’s a pictorial representation of your vision and a powerful way to make your dreams more tangible and attainable. The very act of creating the vision board tells your mind what’s important. You’re teaching your mind what you want to focus on in your life. Focus is vital for bringing about change.

Where do I start? If this is your first time not to worry! This is a good thing! You can simply start flicking through the magazines and look for words, phrases and/or pictures that inspire or grab you and there is no pressure to complete your board during the session.

Set your intentions for the coming year during this interactive workshop featuring a popup shop from Essence by Klozet Freak (Statement tees promoting empowered and conscious living). All vision board materials are provided however attendees are welcomed to bring their own. Light refreshments will be served. Tickets in advance only.
