Join us for the launch of our Chau-down supperclub series, where we collaborate with guest chefs to create quite simply....SHIT WE LIKE TO EAT, the kind of stuff chefs cook for themselves on their day off or at the end of a long and gruelling shift.
Chau is a modern Asian food business, focused on making inspired twists on classic Asian and Canadian dishes. The inspiration and boss lady behind Chau is Chef Jane Tran, formerly of the Daniel Boulud empire and many dark basement kitchens in NYC, London and the world.
For our inaugeral supperclub, Chau is partnering with Revel Food and Woodhouse Beer to put together this bad-ass menu.
Revel Food is a southeast Asian inspired pop up. Brought to you by chefs Katie Bradley and David Le who have worked at various restaurants in the city (Mr.flamingo, Cote de Boeuf) mixing their culinary and life is experiences in their food.
