Oh tropical evenings full of dancing and laughter, something many of us Torontonians can no longer remember.
There are many places in Toronto to get a strong dose of salsa dancing, but finally, you will be able to completely be transported into the heart of Havana, Cuba.
At 8pm on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018, Salsa Cubana presented by Labatt is bringing live music, Cuban cabaret dancers, cigars, a classic car and a bikini fashion show into one building. That’s right, it’s time for you to join 600 other trendy individuals at Daniels Spectrum for this Cuban themed cocktail extravaganza.
Play around in the floral photo booth, take pictures with a classic Cuban car and try the Giant Dominos on for size. Enjoy salsa lessons or nibble on the complimentary Cuban inspired snacks. Oh, and did I mention the Salsa Cubana cocktail menu is only $6 a drink? So call all your friends, buy tickets, and reign them into this once in a lifetime party because this is the best use of $20-$25 in 2018 so far. Be sure not to snooze (we don’t want you to lose) and grab your very own set of tickets before they are all gone.
Are you excited? It gets better. This entire large-scale event is all for a great cause. The event is in support of the Regent Park Community, CARE for Cuba and The George Brown College Foundation for Student Scholarships so it will have a great silent auction and amazing raffle prizes too.
