Lyricist, composer, singer and guitarist, Rommel Ribeiro blends MPB (Brazilian popular music), Afrobeat, reggae, funk and jazz, citing Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, Alceu Valença, Chico César and Lenine as his early influences. The multiple award wining artist has three albums to his credit and has peformed across Canada, the United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Holland, Belgium and Germany.
