The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is thrilled to host a glamourous New Year’s Eve bash on December 31, 2017, inspired by the brilliant Christian Dior exhibition and 1950s haute couture.

Returning to the Museum for a second year, #ROMNYE will feature the hottest bands and DJs, delicious hors d’oeuvre, a complimentary toast at midnight, and exclusive access to the feature exhibitionChristian Dior.

New this year is an exclusive NYE experience: a special New Year’s Eve dinner in the ROM’s stylish c5 Lounge.

Guests will enjoy a three-course gourmet meal, wine service with dinner, and a complimentary welcome cocktail, as well as early entry at 7:00 p.m., exclusive cash bar service in c5 all night long and exclusive access to Christian Dior from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and cash bar service in c5 all night long.

DJ Skratch Bastid – Juno-nominated producer and turntable champion DJ Skratch Bastid is known for his boundary-pushing live sets and versatile style, from critically acclaimed production in Canadian hip hop (Buck 65, Shad) to classical music collaborations (Afiara String Quartet, Toronto Symphony Orchestra).

St. Royals - Toronto’s kings of soul and one of the city’s largest musician collectives, the St. Royals will bring their powerful Rhythm and Soul Revue to lead the NYE countdown into 2018.

DJ Matthew Romeo – DJ, producer, and influencer Matthew Romeo is the go-to performer for high-profile celebrities and brands like Michael Jordan (NBA All Star Weekend), Drake (OVO Bounce basketball tournament), Coca-Cola, Samsung, and United Way, with his precise technique and high energy creating an unmatched live entertainment experience.

Running Violet – Counting Mumford and Sons and The Strokes as influences, Running Violet blend rock ‘n’ roll, folk, indie, and punk to create their own eclectic sound.
