Rogue Vibes: Island Art & Dance Party
Building on the success of last years “Island Vibes” celebration. Artscape Gibraltar Point has partnered with Rogue Wave Outdoor Sculpture and Installation Exhibition and The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery to present a full afternoon and evening bringing contemporary art, performance, music and naturally, great times, to celebrate the creative spirit and inspirational nature of the Toronto Islands.

Beth Stuart & Maya Ben-David – Beach Social on Gibraltar Point presented in partnership with The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery as part of Stuart’s exhibition Length, Breadth Thickness and – Duration on through December 30, 2018.

*Beach Social on Gibraltar Point begins as a processional off the 3PM Hanlan’s Point ferry before arriving at Artscape Gibraltar Point for the performance. Party goers are encouraged to walk with Stuart’s Victorian Bathing Machine along the route to Artscape Gibraltar Point.
** Viewers will spot a flock of cranes going about their cranely business on the beach at twilight. The event is dedicated to the land and the water, and in honour of the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the New Credit.
