Join us for a 4-hour belly dance workshop that combines movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness. This workshop is open to women-identifying individuals of all ages and skill levels, and is trans-inclusive. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to connect with their bodies, cultivate self-care, and celebrate their femininity.
Who is this for? : Women-identifying individuals of all ages and skill levels who are interested in belly dance, self-care, and mindfulness. No experience necessary - just a willingness to explore and have fun. Perfect for beginners, seasoned dancers, and anyone looking to try something new and exciting.
**Workshop Format and Structure:** The workshop will include a combination of belly dance instruction, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies and honor their own unique expression.
**Workshop Objectives:**
* Participants will experience a deeper connection to their bodies and inner selves through the practice of belly dance.
* Participants will learn how to use movement and breathwork to reduce stress and increase self-awareness.
