An annual gathering of music and storytelling, hosted by the Queer Songbook Orchestra, Roasted Chestnuts is a holiday show with a focus on chosen family and queer joy. With several special guests from our Toronto community joining us on stage, we offer an evening to come together and reflect on the holidays through the lens of queer experience. Expect laughter, tears and intergenerational connection in an evening that has been dubbed by past attendees as "Our Christmas".

Proceeds supporting the newly developed Queer Songbook YOUTH Orchestra (QSYO), providing an avenue for queer, trans, questioning and allied youth to further their musical training while actively engaging in 2SLGBTQ+ representation and community building.
